And so it was time to dust off the Christmas Cobwebs in Connemara and try to get the circulation moving again. The habit of dipping into a box of Roses for breakfast also had to be nipped in the bud. New Years Resolution number one of one….replace Cadbury Roses with Fruit Smoothies.

Roundstone, Co. Galway was a great place to start and so it was here that we hit the fresh air on New Years Day……..
