When you place an order to purchase a product from sealedwithirishlove.com, an e-mail will be sent to you confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product. This offer is accepted and will be complete at the time we send an e-mail confirming that the product has been dispatched to you.
The product prices on this website are inclusive of VAT and are correct at the date of posting. We will do everything possible to keep them up to date. However, in the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g. changes in VAT) they may have to be altered accordingly. We will confirm any changes to price before you complete your order.
We use Stripe as our external payment provider for online transactions at sealedwithirishlove.com. We require the billing address of the credit card you use so that we can pass this to Stripe, who check the address against the cardholder’s details for security purposes. We only store delivery details when you opt-in to save these details to your Address Book. We don’t store the credit card details on our server. Stripe requires that you provide your credit card details to process the transaction. This is done on a secure Stripe server and data passing between sealedwithirishlove.com servers and Stripe are encrypted.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or regular account payments all through Stripe.
The product remains the property of Sealed with Irish Love until paid for in full.
We will do everything in our power to handle your orders quickly; however, some orders may take longer than others. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or bank holidays. Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days of an order being placed. Should there be any delays with your order you will be notified straight away. Delivery rates are outlined below; however this charge will automatically be calculated at the checkout and is based on your full order.

For orders to anywhere in the rest of the world please e-mail us for a delivery quotation.
We will do our best to fulfil and have your order delivered for Christmas, but please allow at least 2 weeks to give yourself the best chance of not being disappointed.
In the unusual situation that an item is out of stock we will inform you and obtain confirmation that the expected delivery time is acceptable.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer an exchange or refund provided the item is returned to us in its original condition and packaging. You must return the goods within 14 days of receiving the order and we must receive the goods within 28 days from dispatch of goods. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the delivery charges and this cost to return the goods to us is the customer’s responsibility. We will refund you within 30 days.
We reserve the right to deny return of the item if it has been used or is no longer in a condition for resale.
Occasionally, unfortunately, things do get damaged in transit. You are entitled to a full refund including postage for faulty goods returned to us within 30 days. If you receive a faulty item please contact us quoting your order reference and details of the fault. Once the fault has been verified, we will send replacement goods or refund via the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned goods.
Taxes & Import Duty
Please note international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Colours are reproduced as accurately as possible on this website however, as with all photography, there may be some variation.
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Acts.
