Delivery
We will do everything in our power to handle your orders quickly; however, some orders may take longer than others. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or bank holidays. Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days of an order being placed. Should there be any delays with your order you will be notified straight away. The final price quoted on the shopping bag page is the price of the goods including delivery to the stated destination. These charges include carriage by either An Post Mail, FedEx or a designated courier to overseas destinations.

Christmas Delivery
We will do our best to fulfil and have your order delivered for Christmas, but please allow at least 1 week to give yourself the best chance of not being disappointed.
Availability
In the unusual situation that an item is out of stock, we will inform you and obtain confirmation that the expected delivery time is acceptable.
Gift Wrap
If you are sending the products as an Irish gift, you have an option at the checkout to choose our gift wrapping service for an additional €.50. All gift wrapped products are presented in yellow polka dot wrapping paper with a green ribbon. There is also an option to compose a short personalised message at the checkout.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer an exchange or refund provided the item is returned to us in its original condition and packaging. You must return the goods within 14 days of receiving the order and we must receive the goods within 28 days from dispatch of goods. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the delivery charges and this cost to return the goods is the customer’s responsibility. We will refund you within 30 days.
We reserve the right to deny return of the item if it has been used or is no longer in a condition for resale.
